〇 WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR STUFF?
This is our online store, you can order here! You can also catch us at local markets (we post about those on our Instagram), and we're stocked at some awesome partner stores. Check out the list [here].
〇 WHERE ARE YOUR T-SHIRTS AND CREWNECKS MADE?
Right here in Portugal! We work with a sweet little family factory near Braga. They're pros at making high-quality stuff.
〇 HOW DO I KEEP MY TEES & CREWS LOOKING GOOD?
- Okay, here's the lowdown:
- Wash less (seriously, it helps!) and with similar colors.
- Always wash cold and turn them inside out.
- Skip the dryer – it's a no-go.
- Iron inside out if you need to and store them nicely.
- Attack stains ASAP.
- Wear them with pride!
- Basically, treat them with love, and they'll love you back.
〇 WHERE IS THE SIZE CHARTS?
You can find it on our homepage, just look for "SIZE CHART." Or, go to "Shop" and then "Size Guide." Still unsure? Just shoot us a message!
〇 DO YOU DO GIFTS?
Yep! You can add a personal message or grab one of our gift cards.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use Euros (€).
We take American Express, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal, MB WAY, and Multibanco.
〇 WHERE DO I PUT MY PROMO CODE?After you're done shopping, go to checkout. You'll see a spot to enter your code there. Just a heads up, usually you can only use one code per order and sometimes they don't work during sales.

SHIPPING
DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?
Yes, we do! If you're wondering about a specific place, just ask.
〇 HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
- Portugal & Spain 3-5 working days;
- Europe 5-8 working days,
- Rest of the World 5-10 working days.
Keep in mind, we use other companies to ship, so sometimes there might be delays (we're not responsible for those).
〇 HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship everything from Lisbon. We use CTT or DPD (or similar), depending on the service. Shipping costs show up at the end of your order, before you pay.
You'll see the shipping cost right before you finish your order.
Once we ship it to the address you gave us, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Also, double-check your address! If it's wrong, email us ASAP at itsokay@itsokaystore.com and we'll try to fix it before it ships.
If it gets sent back to us, you'll have to pay for shipping again.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No exchanges, but you can return it and buy something new. You've got 30 days. If you got free shipping, we'll take that cost out of your refund. Items need to be unworn and in their original condition.

Not happy? That's a bummer! Email us at itsokay@itsokaystore.com. Items need to be unworn and in their original condition. You'll pay for return shipping and we don't refund the original shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with insurance.
Items that have a discount code applied, can be returned within 15 days. "Sale" items, are not eligible for refunds.
No, gift cards are non-exchangeable.
